The Practical Guide to a Rapid Start-up (Launch Your Business in 20 Proven Steps) is intended for use by entrepreneurs as a practical step-by-step guide for rapidly launching a product in four months. This book is also for use as a basis for teaching programs, workshops, Startup Weekends, or college labs focused on the rapid launch of a product or service in a limited timeframe. For facilitators, every program can be customized according to need, and this guide can be used in two ways: adopted as the complete curriculum of the program or simply drawn from to help develop a customized program. The group activities in this book take 40-60 hours to complete. There are up to 20 hours of research activities, that can be completed as homework.
